Popis činnosti:● Příprava podkladů pro obchodní oddělení (včetně podkladů pro výběrová řízení B2B/B2G).
● Vytváření archivu certifikací a opakujících se podkladů.
● Hlídání termínů v průběhu přípravy podkladů, termínů odevzdávání výběrových řízení.
● Vytvoření, nastavení logiky a udržování chodu systému s archivací odevzdaných nabídek.
● Další ad-hoc úkoly v souvislosti s podporou obchodního týmu.
Sales Support (Podpora obchodu) & Administrace / Administrátor poskytuje administrativní podporu obchodnímu týmu, zpracovává objednávky a komunikuje se zákazníky. Spravuje databáze, připravuje reporty a analýzy pro obchodní oddělení. Kandidát má výborné organizační schopnosti, je pečlivý a má zkušenosti s administrativními úkoly. Efektivně komunikuje a spolupracuje s různými odděleními v rámci společnosti. Pozice vyžaduje znalost práce s kancelářským softwarem a případně zkušenosti s CRM systémy. Tato role je klíčová pro zajištění hladkého chodu obchodního oddělení a pro udržení vysoké úrovně spokojenosti zákazníků.
Tato pozice zahrnuje schopnost rychle se učit nové postupy a technologie, proaktivní přístup k řešení problémů a orientaci na detail. Kandidát je schopen pracovat samostatně i v týmu a efektivně řídit svůj čas. Flexibilita a odolnost vůči stresu jsou také klíčové vlastnosti pro úspěšné zvládnutí této role
Zaměstnanec na této pozici je povinen kromě dodržování všeobecných práv a povinností zaměstnance (případně vedoucího zaměstnance) uvedených v Zákoníku práce, povinen i následující:
