This role will support Agile Teams that may utilize Scrum, Scrumban, or Kanban as Agile frameworks.

The goal of this role is to assist in maximizing the team's delivery effectiveness by facilitating Agile processes and helping to remove blockers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support Agile ceremonies, ensuring they take place and are productive.
  • Assist the team in maintaining focus on delivering value while adhering to the definition of done.
  • Identify and escalate impediments that may block the team's progress.
  • Help implement and maintain a reporting and communication framework under the guidance of a senior ADL or Delivery Manager.
  • Track team metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time) and support discussions around continuous improvement.
  • Assist in monitoring team execution, identifying risks and issues, and escalating where necessary.
  • Participate in regular team health checks, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and roadmap discussions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Some exposure to Agile methodologies in a professional or academic setting.
  • Experience in a team environment, ideally within software development or QA.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Pragmatic and structured approach to work.
  • Sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively & 
  • Facilitation skills for Agile discussions and team interactions.
