What Will You Do

  • Lead the Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a company-wide Agile transformation strategy, delivering key milestones and aligning initiatives with business goals.

  • Smooth Prioritization: Enable seamless prioritization across teams, facilitating coordinated focus on the most impactful initiatives.

  • Innovate with a Growth Mindset: Stay updated on the latest in agile and digital transformation, implementing impactful innovations.

What Do We Expect from You

  • Experienced Leader: 5+ years in transformation or agile leadership roles with demonstrated success.

  • Communication Expertise: Advanced communication skills to inspire and align all levels of the organization.

  • Proficient English Speaker: C1-C2 English level

  • Agile Champion: Deep knowledge of agile and traditional project methodologies, plus the insight to know when to use each.

  • Visionary and Achieving: You see the big picture, set meaningful goals, and inspire others to reach them.

  • Collaborative and Adaptable: Able to connect with diverse teams and adapt to ever-changing business contexts.
