We are seeking an exceptional Italian-speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our global network. As a true hunter, you will connect talented individuals with our clients' needs.
This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, where your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dive into your own sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source, hunt, and attract top-notch candidates.
- Conduct screenings, assess qualifications, test language levels, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles.
- Work directly with our Senior Recruitment Manager (SDM) and Managing Director (MD) to drive successful recruitment placements.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.
- Keep candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) well-described and updated for future reference.

- Have your own access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator with at least 10,000 connections.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
- Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
