Do datového centra Coolhousing, které přes 20 let poskytuje v centru Prahy profesionální služby v oblasti hostingu, síťové bezpečnosti a virtualizace, hledáme kolegyni či kolegu na pozici Helpdesk Support L1. Jedná se o pozici, kde do detailu poznáte provoz datového centra, budete mít možnost se podílet na nejnovějších technologických projektech a naučíte se mnoho nových věcí z oblasti sítí a operačních systémů.

- technická podpora a autorizace našich klientů (především email, návštěva v DC, telefon)
- řešení klientských požadavků z interního ticketovacího systému a provádění základních změn (restarty zařízení, připojení vzdáleného managementu, diagnostika serveru)
- delegování požadavků na dané oddělení
- aktivní sledování, dohled pomocí monitorovacích nástrojů a vyhodnocení všech alertů
- příprava místa a serverů pro klienty včetně instalace operačního systému (Windows, Linux bychom Vás naučili), případně výměna serverových komponentů
- cable management, práce s optickými kabely a PDU zásuvkami
- práce s různými systémy, tvorba reportů ohledně provedených úkonů a změnách
Co od vás očekáváme
- ukončené minimálně středoškolské vzdělání (nejlépe IT, nebo elektro)
- ochota pracovat na 12 hodinové směny v režimu dlouhý a krátký týden od 8:00 do 20:00
- zkušenost se sestavováním buď serveru, PC, nebo NTB a znalost HW komponentů
- zájem se dále vzdělávat v IT segmentu, chuť se učit novým věcem a nebát se někdy do ruky vzít šroubovák
- dobrá proklientská komunikace v češtině slovem i písmem
- středně pokročilá znalost anglického jazyka (alespoň B1, B2 výhodou)
- samostatnost, spolehlivost, dochvilnost a důraz na detail

Co vnímáme jako plus?
- základní či pokročilá znalost nebo předchozí zkušenost s instalací Unix/Linux systémů
- základní znalost sítí, případně zkušenost s přípravou kabeláže a patch panelů
- předchozí zkušenost s klientskou podporou
- manuální zručnost a smysl pro černý humor je velmi vítán
