You'll play a key role in registering suppliers, ensuring compliance with product restrictions, and making sure all processes run smoothly through our web-based platform. No prior experience needed We’ll provide you with all the training and support to succeed.Your Daily Responsibilities: * Communicating with suppliers to register them in our platform * Guiding suppliers to provide substance declarations for Siemens * Ensuring accurate and timely data entry within the platform * Staying in close contact with suppliers, providing assistance and follow-ups * Tracking registration progress in our internal systems * Regularly reporting progress to management and internal customersWhat We’re Looking for: * Proficiency in English and ability to speak and read in Chinese (Mandarin) language is a must * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work independently and organize your tasks effectively * Time management and prioritization skills * Familiarity with MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel) * Experience in a similar field or international setting is a plus, but not required – we’ll guide youIf this sounds like you, we want to hear from youJoin us and be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, equal opportunities for each colleague, and excellence.
