O násLPP je módní společnost, která má více než 30 let zkušeností v oděvním průmyslu.V současné době vlastníme 5 módních značek – Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito a Sinsay. Naše produkty jsou dostupné v téměř 40 zemích světa - konkrétně Evropa, Africa a Asie. Z toho přes 20 let působíme i v České republice. Dnes máme síť více jak 200 prodejen v ČR a zaměstnáváme zde přes 1700 lidí. A neustále rosteme Pro prodejnu 🖤RESERVED🖤 Královo Pole, hledáme pravou ruku našeho manažera na pozici Vedoucí oddělení - Department Manager.Co Tě čeká: Péče o naše zákazníky, když potřebují pomoc s výběrem, nebo když jen hledají tu správnou velikost. Práce na pokladně, ať už se jedná o nákup zboží nebo reklamace. Aktivní zástup vedoucího a péče o tým. Dohled na bezproblémový chod prodejny a řešení vzniklých situace. Vedení týmu prodejních asistentek v rámci běžných aktivit na obchodě. Doplňování zboží tak, aby zákazníci vždy měli k dispozici plnou nabídku produktů. Dbát o vzhled prodejny, aby byla vždy čistá. Kontrola na prodejně, zda je vše v pořádku. Prodej.Co Ti nesmí chybět: Vášeň a zájem o módu - prostě víš, co je zrovna trendy. Zájem učit se nové věci. Zkušenost s vedením alespoň malého týmu na prodejně. Zvládat efektivně si organizovat čas a jasně předávát informace do týmu. Radost z práce a úsměv na tváři. Týmový duch a zájem o společný cíl prodejny. Proaktivní přístup, zájem dělat věci lépe, a především hledat vhodná řešení. Kreativní povaha, příjemné vystupování a smysl pro detail.
