We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Travel Advisers. As a Travel Adviser, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, answering questions and providing support regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and online check-ins via phone.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer calls regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and online check-ins
-Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
-Assist customers with any issues or concerns related to their travel plans
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
-Fluent knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Italian, Hungarian, French and Hebrew
-Excellent communication skills
-Flexibility and stress tolerance
-A spirit of eagerness to learn new skills
-Good PC skills
