Náplň práce: - Správa svěřených účtů dodavatelů a udržování vztahů s dodavateli (A/P) - Údržba systému EDI pro řešení problémových faktur - Kontrola a řešení dobropisů - Vystavování reklamací na chybějící zboží a/nebo nesprávné ceny - Získávání a konečné sladění výpisů od dodavatelů - Reakce na telefonické hovory a e-maily dodavatelů - Získávání a ověřování potvrzení o doručení zbožíCo od vás očekáváme - Uchazeč by měl plynně hovořit anglicky + německy, nebo anglicky + italsky / francouzsky / španělsky / nizozemsky - Znalost výpočtu mezd - Informování, sledování a vymáhání otevřených přeplatků / pohledávek - Řešení dotazů zákazníků týkajících se přeplatků a pohledávek - Poskytování podpory a pomoc při řešení dotazů zaměstnanců - Úzká spolupráce s oddělením zpracování mezd za účelem zlepšení zaměstnanecké zkušenosti a efektivity výběru pohledávekCo vám nabízíme - Pracovní smlouvu na dobu určitou/ 6 měsíců - Konkurenční platové ohodnocení - Podpůrný tým a přátelské pracovní prostředí - Příspěvek na stravování - Možnosti profesního růstu
