About us
APS is a distressed assets investment company and debt recovery platform with a strong presence in Central and South-Eastern Europe and further expansion goals. Our business consists of acquiring, advising, and servicing non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios.
We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Luxembourg office as a Corporate Assistant on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
What will you do?
- Provide front-desk and general administrative support to directors and teams.
- Manage corporate documentation, contracts, invoices, and e-banking activities.
- Communicate with notaries, service providers, and external accountants.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including supplier management and apostille requests.
- Maintain the document management system for the Luxembourg office.
- Assist with compliance-related administration and corporate governance tasks.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
What do we expect from you?
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role (min. 1 year).
- Basic knowledge of accounting and document handling.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in professional communication in English (B2+) and French (C1); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a professional attitude.
