SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR juniorNáplň práce:

  • správa stávajícího systému Salesforce

  • podílení se na opravování incidentů a na procesu nasazování nových funkcionalit

  • správa uživatelů, rolí, profilů

  • úprava a vytváření reportingu

  • tvorba a testování automatizačních pravidel

  • kontrola procesů

  • podpora koncových uživatelů
