Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy to drive business growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget and oversee promotional activities for new product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures.
  • Analyze local market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the pricing and reimbursement process.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent required; postgraduate business qualification preferred.
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Sales for pharmaceutical/biotech products.
  • Ability to formulate complex materials and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
