Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Antal International s.r.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new network customers in accordance with established plans
  • Co-create sales and promotion plans
  • Negotiate terms of cooperation
  • Co-create sales and distribution strategies
  • Co-create new product and communication solutions with the marketing department
  • Effectively build the position of our brands on the Czech and Slovak markets

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Very good organization of own work and commitment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Category B driving license
  • English - B2
