
Director of Service Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Service Desk operations, driving exceptional support delivery and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in Cloud, Network, and Workplace solutions, with expertise in process automation and API/log parsing integration.
The successful incumbent will lead a team of 15+ Service Desk agents, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include defining and owning the Service Delivery & Service Desk strategy, translating business needs into operational plans, and overseeing knowledge management and reporting dashboards.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Proven leadership experience, motivating multicultural and distributed teams
- Solid knowledge of Cloud, Network, and Workplace solutions
- Experience with process automation and API/log parsing integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and German
