**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Associate Manager to join our team. As an Internal Audit Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of audits and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the internal audit function.

**Company Overview:**

Our Client is a global corporation based in 18+ locations, with a strong presence in Krakow. The Internal Audit function covers the entire business from 3 main locations, and we are creating a new team in Krakow that will perform local audits while assisting the global team with remote audits of all global locations.

**Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in planning and organizing audit engagements in alignment with the annual audit plan;
  • Performing audit fieldwork, including testing and analysis of processes, controls, and data;
  • Drafting audit findings and reports;
  • Tracking audit findings and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions;
  • Contribute to the growth and development of team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; and
  • Proven experience in internal audit;
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry (a plus);
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems;
  • Interest in client experience, technological advancements, and fintech regulation;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders;
  • Willingness to embrace innovation and contribute fresh ideas.
