Customer Service Representative with Language Skills

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic customer service environment. As a representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of one or more foreign languages. Your role will involve resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Languages: Possess a minimum C1 level fluency in one or more foreign languages, including German, Bulgarian, Romanian, Estonian, Czech, Slovak, Lithuanian, Latvian, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Serbian, Croatian, and Slovenian.
  • English Proficiency: Demonstrate good command of English (B1/B2 level).
  • Basic Electronics Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of common home electronics and appliances, such as TVs, fridges, and washing machines.
  • Communication Skills: Possess a positive attitude, communicative personality, and ability to type quickly and accurately on a keyboard.
  • Availability: Be available for a minimum of 120 working hours per month.
