Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain accurate accounts receivable records, ensuring timely payment from clients by engaging with them directly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and address payment delays, utilizing effective communication skills to secure timely payments.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports to track outstanding customer debts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce overdue payment rates.
  • Execute amicable reminders with clients and operational managers through letters, emails, and phone calls to encourage timely payments.
  • Provide expertise in financial accounting and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in French and intermediate level of English knowledge.
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
