Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Specialist to join our team at Spyrosoft BSG. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting our innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor our services to meet those needs.
  • Presentation and Pitching: Develop compelling presentations and pitches to showcase our services and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify new sales leads, assess their viability, and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including market trends, competitor analysis, and sales strategies.
  • Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a software consulting or SaaS company.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile and web technologies, enabling you to discuss technical solutions with clients.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken Polish (C1) and English (C1).
