Job Description- Define and execute Twisto's payment services vision, aligning with business objectives.
- Streamline the merchant onboarding process, providing high-quality documentation, support, and training.
- Ensure efficient transaction processing, timely fund settlements, and robust reporting tools.
- Design a simple, intuitive, and frictionless checkout experience for Twisto Pay to optimize conversion rates.
- Implement advanced fraud detection measures and collaborate with the risk team to minimize potential risks.
- Use customer and merchant feedback to drive product improvements and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of card acquiring products and processes, payment flows, settlement systems, and Card Schemes.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance in the payments industry (e.g., PSD2, PSR, PCI DSS).
- Experience in managing merchant digital onboarding, KYC/KYB, and API integration.
- In-depth knowledge of fraud detection, prevention, and risk management in payments.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs in Agile environments.
- Expertise in driving product strategy and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
- Familiarity with alternative payment methods (APMs) and digital wallet integration.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- English at a minimum B2 level.
