Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

This role requires a seasoned finance professional with expertise in financial strategy, performance and operational integrity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy, ensuring long-term financial health and supporting rapid growth through sound fiscal management, strategic planning and operational efficiency.

  • The Senior Finance Executive will partner closely with the CFO and CEO to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and support sustainable growth.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling, as well as providing actionable insights to executive leadership on financial performance, risks and opportunities.
  • The role also involves ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing short-term liquidity and long-term financial health, and establishing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • In addition, the Senior Finance Executive will identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and cost management across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills, expertise in financial modeling, data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
