Experienced ERP System Specialist

As an experienced ERP Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to users of our ERP system. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent experience in ERP/SQL support. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st and 2nd line ERP support, resolve tickets, and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze business processes, replicate, and resolve ERP problems.
• Use T-SQL to investigate issues, prepare datasets, create reports, and manage backups.
• Configure ERP roles, security, and system settings.
• Support ERP upgrades and handle integration issues.
• Prepare training materials and deliver user training (onsite/remote).
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other teams to improve ERP processes.
• Contribute to regional and global ERP projects.

• Proven experience in ERP/SQL support or related field.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and SQL.
• Experience with reporting tools (SSRS preferred).
• Understanding of ERP workflows and core business processes (order-to-cash, invoicing).
• Ability to write and optimize T-SQL queries (Stored Procedures, Triggers).
• Strong English skills, written and spoken + communicative knowledge of Czech OR Polish language.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10 days/year and work flexibly when needed.
• Ability to come to our office in Blansko (Czech Republic) - approximately 2x in 2 weeks.
