ERP Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with ERP systems and SQL.
• This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working closely with teams to improve ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1st and 2nd line ERP support, resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues.
2. Analyze business processes, replicate and resolve ERP problems.
3. Use T-SQL to investigate issues, prepare datasets, create reports (SSRS, Excel) and manage backups.
4. Configure ERP roles, security, and system settings.
5. Support ERP upgrades and handle integration issues.
6. Prepare training materials and deliver user training (onsite/remote).
7. Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and other teams to improve ERP processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field OR 3+ years of ERP/SQL support experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and SQL (experience with Infor Visual is an advantage).
• Experience with reporting tools (SSRS preferred).
• Understanding of ERP workflows and core business processes (order-to-cash, invoicing).
• Ability to write and optimize T-SQL queries (Stored Procedures, Triggers).
• Strong English skills, written and spoken + communicative knowledge of Czech OR Polish language.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10 days/year and work flexibly when needed.
