Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Compliance & Process Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, documenting, and iterating on internal processes that help keep Peak secure, organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Documentation: Create and manage comprehensive documentation for internal processes, including stakeholder interviews, policy development, and maintenance.
  • Compliance Frameworks: Design and implement ISO/PCI compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously iterate and improve processes, measuring their effectiveness and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide process solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
In Your First 12 Months:

You'll work on a range of exciting projects, including:

  • Office Administration: Develop and implement processes for physical security, HR management, and asset management.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Design efficient processes for setting up access, revoking access, and managing hardware and software subscriptions.
  • Access Management: Implement systems for managing access levels across tools and teams.
  • Time Log Management: Structure project and working time tracking processes.
  • Business Continuity and Risk: Support risk management practices and documentation.
