Job Responsibilities

As our Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance program.
  • Collaborating with our Head of Legal to ensure effective risk management and governance within the organization.
  • Evaluating legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Providing expert consultation services on regulatory compliance matters.
  • Conducting regular compliance surveys/controls and reporting findings and progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master of Laws degree.
  • Broad legal knowledge in compliance law, with specialization in areas such as privacy, cybersecurity, competition law, criminal liability, and corporate governance.
  • Proficiency in Business English, including legal terminology (target C1), and fluency in Czech or Slovak.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, as well as experience with project management and risk management.
