About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Train Engineer to join our Digital Identity Sub Value Stream team at HSBC Technology Poland. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of working software from concept to live using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and align ART activities with the DI SVS's goals
  • Plan support including PI & QBR, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Set up, maintain Confluence and JIRA spaces, ensuring a high standard of information management
  • Support SVS to define high-quality OKRs and automate reporting to track the achievement of these
  • Streamline and automate reporting across SVS (including QBR) as well as monitor the Value Stream Metrics values for DI SVS
  • Help the ART manage and mitigate risks and dependencies, including early identification of bottlenecks and roadblocks
  • Act as a liaison between product management, development, and delivery teams
  • Support and drive DI SVS Scrum Masters towards common goals
  • Support SVS leadership to embed Change Framework and drive continuous improvement in ways of working and tooling across the SVS
