As a seasoned professional in AI integration, you will play a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge technological advancements within our client's organization.

This Kraków-based opportunity offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with governance policies and processes. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating AI-based coding assistants for compatibility and performance.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Compliance: Partner with stakeholders to guarantee adherence to governance policies and procedures
  • Tech Evaluation: Contribute to the evaluation of AI-based coding assistants for compatibility and performance
  • Vendor Engagement: Engage with vendors and legal teams to negotiate contracts and ensure smooth integration
  • Ai Expertise: Leverage your AI knowledge to guide technical decision-making and assess integration needs
  • Communication Strategy: Design and implement communication strategies to promote AI integration within the engineering community
  • Pilot Rollout: Assist in developing and executing pilot rollout plans, including feedback collection mechanisms
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and address concerns during integration
  • Technical Setup: Implement and manage the technical setup, including plugin integration and authentication protocols
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and best practices
  • DevSecOps Principles: Ensure the integration aligns with DevSecOps principles, focusing on security and process compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in evaluating and integrating AI technologies within large-scale organizations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly with vendors and procurement teams
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and legal considerations for AI integration
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and deliver results
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions for integration processes
  • Experience in managing technical setups and integration of complex systems
  • Knowledge of AI coding assistants and their applications in a business environment
  • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative solutions
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, compliance policies, and risk management

Bonus Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector
  • Experience with DevSecOps principles and secure software integration
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and its associated risks, particularly around IP protection
  • Knowledge of monitoring mechanisms and technical troubleshooting in AI integration
