Job Title: UX Designer @ Bamboo Health

Job Summary:

The User Experience Designer role partners with Product Design, Product Management, Experience Design team members, Enterprise Stakeholders, and marketing to create optimal experiences across a variety of Bamboo Health properties. This role will report to the Director of Product Management and will be working inside of various product teams, focused on specific solutions for our increasing product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design interfaces for browsers, responsive web, native apps, and other screens.
  • Analyze research findings and recommendations to plan and deliver Use Cases, User Journeys, User Flow Diagrams, Navigation Structures, Information Architecture, and Visual Interfaces in order to optimize the User Experience of our Digital Properties.
  • Create and deliver Storyboards, Wireframes, Interface Modules and Pages, Prototypes and Design Specifications.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that we are solving the right problems, in the right way.
  • Understand and design to meet WCAG 2.0 AA Accessibility Standards.
  • Collaborate with other UX Designers, Researchers, and Design Team members to maintain, grow, implement, and refine Bamboo Health's Digital Design Language.
  • Work with cross-functional product teams with Business Analysis, Product Management, Content Strategy, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Provide assistance on larger XD Team operational needs.
