Finance Manager/Chief Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager/Chief Accountant to join our team at Randstad HR Solutions s.r.o.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance Department: Oversee the financial management of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial forecasts, budgets, and reports for the parent company.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legislation and accounting standards, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, including logistics, warehouse, sales, and marketing, to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • University Degree: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or senior accounting position, preferably in an international environment.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Czech accounting and tax regulations, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in English and Czech.
