At Link Group, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our banking and insurance solutions department, you will play a crucial role in implementing end-to-end Insurance Solution implementations.
A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills to identify root causes during testing phases and be proficient in German (B2 level or higher). You will also have experience supporting and implementing banking platforms, as well as collaborating with clients and development teams to bridge the gap between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary interface with onsite coordinators and customer representatives
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to leads and managers
- Travel to customer locations as needed
- Foster a quality-driven work culture and lead by example
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking and insurance sectors
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
