About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our international projects, including scheduling meetings, workshops, and events. They will also prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as needed. Additionally, they will manage calendars and appointments for program managers and team members, maintain and organize program documentation, and assist in preparing progress reports, status updates, and presentations.
Responsibilities:- Assist with scheduling of meetings, workshops & events
- Prepare & distribute meeting agendas, minutes & other documentation
- Manage calendars & appointments for program managers & team members
- Maintain & organize program documentation (incl. plans, schedules, reports, results)
- Assist in preparation of progress reports, status updates & presentations

- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders & external partners
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops & events
- Manage and maintain program management tools & software
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting

To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in computer science or life science or comparable education/experience
- Over 5 years of business and IT experience
- Fluent English (writing and speech)
- Familiarity with relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards, and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Tableau, BO, etc.
- Advanced knowledge about PMM and process harmonization
- Knowledge in Finances with particular concentration on Budgeting and cost control
