Technical Architect

Job Description:

This is a key role designed to launch and lead a cross-functional, cross-Vault initiative at scale. You'll act as the strategic and technical integrator across multiple Vaults – Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality - helping connect efforts that have so far evolved separately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the strategic and technical integrator across multiple Vaults
  • Bring together technical architecture, system analysis, and configuration knowledge
  • Build a coherent, scalable service
  • Drive progress, build proof of concepts, and navigate a complex stakeholder landscape
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in IT/Engineering
  • Deep expertise in Veeva Vault architecture, configuration, integration methods, and data models
  • Hands-on experience with multiple Vaults (Clinical, RIM, QMS, QualityDocs)
  • Solid understanding of clinical, regulatory, and quality processes, including GxP, GCP, CSV, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance
  • Broad technical background across integrations, data flows, reporting, warehousing, and security
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder coordination and delivery ownership
  • Fluent in English; able to work across time zones and travel occasionally
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial
