Job Description

The primary function of this role is to lead and support process and technology transformation projects within the Finance department. This involves collaborating with Transformation Consultants and Transformation Managers to deliver agreed project outcomes for both internal and external clients.

  • Participate in or lead less complex projects related to target operating model design, process design, maturity assessments, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential evaluation, ERP/platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery, change management, and similar initiatives.

Apply various process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma/DGEM Benchmarking, ESOAR, 5 Senses of Intelligent Automation to the area of expertise for continuous improvement and transformation purposes.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor for clients within the area of expertise.

Stay up-to-date with technological advancements, their strengths and weaknesses, and suggest process and technology-related improvements within the given area of expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience in process improvement methodologies.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful process transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma/DGEM Benchmarking, ESOAR, and 5 Senses of Intelligent Automation methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in working with ERP systems, RPA, and other process automation tools is highly desirable.
