We are seeking seasoned partnership managers to join our expanding ecosystem division. As part of the Technology Partnerships team, the Partnership Manager will be responsible for cultivating and overseeing business relationships with both key and general technology partners. This role entails identifying and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, strategic objectives, and the enhancement of technology partnerships, while ensuring alignment within the organization.

Successful candidates will possess a robust understanding of partner requirements, the market landscape, and our product offerings. Achieving success in this role necessitates extensive collaboration with diverse stakeholders across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated portfolio of partners within the Technology Partnership team.
  • Formulate strategies to strengthen these partnerships and expedite new business growth by aligning partner and Make strengths through strategic planning.
  • Facilitate and support the launch of new initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners, and other internal teams to drive revenue generation.
  • Identify growth prospects by expanding the partner's technology offerings on Make.
  • Establish and nurture vital relationships within assigned partners, focusing on enhancing partner business and boosting customer acquisition.
  • Advocate for the interests of assigned partners to foster engagement and internal focus.
  • Be accountable for achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth targets and forecasts.
  • Adopt a 'Customer First' mindset in all partner-related planning.
  • Ensure partner commitment to marketing initiatives, customer acquisition objectives, and essential capabilities for partner success.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in best practices for relationship management, integration, workflow technology, and SaaS business models.
  • Proactive, analytical, collaborative individuals with strong communication skills.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an external-facing role (sales or partnerships), or
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • A degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate and comprehend technical concepts alongside business value.
  • Advanced proficiency in automation, integration, SaaS APIs, and/or no-code software solutions is preferred.
