At Visible Magic, we are expanding our business and seeking a highly experienced IT Sales Strategist to help drive revenue growth.
Company OverviewWe are an American IT company specializing in blockchain development, AR + Spatial computing, and AI solutions. Our clients are established high-tech blockchain projects as well as innovative fintech startups.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools (Pipedrive, Notion, Trello) to qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline.
- Lead Analysis: Research company backgrounds and suggest the right sales approach for each lead.
- Prospect Engagement: Understand prospect needs, present services, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
- Lead Follow-up: Regularly review and follow up on leads to maintain engagement and convert them into clients.
- Developing Sales Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company offerings.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the IT industry, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or related technology fields.
- Effective Sales Skills: Hands-on experience in outbound sales, the ability to identify customer needs, and successfully close deals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including competence in business correspondence and LinkedIn outreach.
- Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Notion, Trello) and sales automation tools.
- Analytical Abilities: The capacity to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify target segments for growth.
- Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) employment with a U.S. company through DocuSign.
- Full-time, hourly or project-based work schedule.
- Remote work arrangement.
