Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team, providing expert support in HR-related topics, such as recruitment, performance management, employee development, and resource planning. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own agenda, communicating with vendors, and providing updates to the HR team and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support local HR teams in HR-related topics
- Manage own entrusted HR agenda and communicate with vendors
- Provide system data and create reports using SAP and global HR systems
- Collaborate on data analyzes, labor market analyzes, and HR policies and procedures
- Drive impactful results across geographies and clients
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech Savvy; SAP knowledge an advantage
- Knowledge of the Czech labor code and employment framework
- Fluent in Czech and English
- Critical thinking and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
