Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing and HR Specialist to support our operations across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing supplies and services, as well as providing HR support for 20 employees at our Prague location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchasing supplies and services for locations in Berlin, Mannheim, and Prague.
  • Interface with local HR service providers for personnel administration.
  • Coordination of needs with internal departments.
  • Preparation of national and international tenders.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers.
  • Developing and maintaining master data on suppliers and service providers.
  • Supporting supplier evaluations and market monitoring.
  • Identifying options for improving total costs of ownership.

Requirements

  • University degree in economics or related field.
  • Professional experience in purchasing or relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of SAP software applications.
  • Organizational talent with analytical and quality-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel, including abroad.
  • Excellent English language skills and good knowledge of Czech and German languages.
