Job Description

Vendavo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our employees and visitors, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Estimated Salary: 60,000 - 75,000 CZK per month

Main Responsibilities
  • Office Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of the reception area, maintain a positive and professional environment, and address potential issues as they arise.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing correspondence, organizing documents, creating engagement content, and handling various other tasks.
  • Office Equipment Management: Oversee the management of office equipment, ensuring that all devices and tools are properly maintained and functional.
  • Office Space Management: Manage office space, create seating plans, and handle lease and office expansion activities.
  • Hospitality Services: Provide refreshments for employees and visitors, tend to their needs, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
  • Event Organization: Organize social events, fun activities, seminars, meetings, and plan activities to support site growth.
  • Collaboration with HR: Work closely with the HR department to support employee onboarding, HR-related administrative tasks, and other activities.
  • Communication with Building Management: Serve as a liaison between the office and building management, addressing facility-related issues and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
