Software Engineer - Dispute Systems

We are looking for a talented software engineer to join our global team developing and maintaining Visa Resolve Online, a web-based application that enables clients to manage their disputes and chargebacks.

This is a hybrid position requiring collaboration with multiple teams including vendor partner teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Java/J2EE enterprise applications, Spring framework, and Web Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Experience with payments technology and web applications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze requirements and participate in scoping and sizing activities for the Visa Resolve Online application.
  • Design, develop, test and maintain code for the Visa Resolve Online application.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, including vendor partner teams.
  • Participate in technology proof-of-concepts and learn new technologies and frameworks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
