">The SAM Specialist will develop and manage license consumption metering processes for products in scope, conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with software licensing terms and conditions, identify potential compliance gaps or risks, and take necessary actions to rectify them.
">They will also develop and implement license usage policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and optimize license utilization, collaborate with stakeholders to define policies aligning with business needs and industry best practices, analyze license usage data to identify opportunities for optimization, and operationally manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and costs.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in license management and administration, software licensing, and software asset management. They should possess expertise in end-user/desktop software and mid-tail software licensing principles and contractual aspects, as well as experience in leading global projects, cross-cultural awareness, and skills.
">A strong technical background and relevant university degree are also essential, along with complete proficiency in English. Experience with vendor management and negotiations is an asset.
