As a Payments & Cash Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team to ensure our cash and payments processes run smoothly and efficiently in multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a functional team of payment & cash associates and specialists in terms of daily performance and personal development.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage core KPIs of your team, including cash orders, payouts, and process optimization.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize cash and payment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Accuracy of processed data assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to ensure data accuracy, especially when it comes to the processing of courier payout data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to address specific payment and cash issues and improvement possibilities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor team performance and KPIs to senior management, offering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
