Automation Support Specialist

At Make, we're looking for an Automation Support Specialist to join our global Support team. As an Automation Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for helping our users improve and automate their workflows by connecting apps using our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in integration solutions to help our users automate their workflows.
- Take ownership of incoming requests from end-users and respond to questions related to automation.
- Help customers with different issues in their automation processes in our product.
- Work with the Make product to ensure seamless integration and automation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on existing and new features.
- Set up priorities and work with the ticketing system to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Learn new product features and report bugs to the Engineering team.
- Team-play with other team members to solve hard issues in creating integrations between applications.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant processes and automation processes.
- Grow professionally and help others grow.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English - verbal & written.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Experience with any ticketing/customer support systems is a plus.
- Understanding of no-code, low-code automation tools.
- Understanding of API is a plus.
- Excitement and interest in playing around with different applications.
- Interest in automation and learning new technologies.
- Passion for results and solution-orientation.
- Ability to express yourself professionally.
- Feedback-driven behavior & thrill to try new things.
- Understanding of complex topics and willingness to provide solutions to meet customers' expectations.
- Ability to set up priorities.
- Technical or hands-on experience with a no-code automation tool is welcome.
