Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of enterprise transformation.

  • You will identify opportunities for automation and innovation by aligning cutting-edge AI capabilities with complex business challenges.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are not only technically sound but also intuitive, user-centric, and impactful.

Your responsibilities include analyzing industry trends and platform capabilities to inform strategic decisions, collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine requirements for AI-powered solutions, and working closely with Solution Architects to ensure that AI implementations are aligned with business value, user experience, and process design best practices.

About the Role
  • A minimum 3 years of experience identifying transformation and automation opportunities within business processes.
  • Proven success or strong familiarity with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.
  • Awareness of Microsoft Agentic AI technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure Agentic AI services, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Strong ideation skills with the ability to apply structured innovation frameworks to process and solution design.
  • Foundational understanding of Agentic AI concepts and their application in business environments.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create compelling PowerPoint materials.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for AI-driven transformation within enterprise settings.
  • Working knowledge of business case development and ROI analysis.
Nice to Have
  • Background in business process, experience, or service design.
  • Familiarity with the development lifecycle of Agentic AI applications, including automated code generation, smart debugging, and testing automation.
  • Understanding of bias detection, mitigation practices, and ethical AI development.
  • Consulting experience or prior work in a client-facing business analyst role.
