About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Workforce Planning Team, you will be responsible for creating our resourcing framework, maintaining optimal resource utilization, and providing early warnings for stakeholders about potential capacity gaps. You will work closely with our operational teams and key stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless collaboration and effective planning.

  • Create and manage monthly schedules for L1-L2-L3 agents across operational teams
  • Shift the scheduling approach from reactive to proactive, long-term planning, ensuring shifts are published at least 1 month in advance
