Customer Service Representative with Portuguese

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer requests in the system
- Respond to customers accurately and effectively
- Participate in process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Portuguese (B2 level in both)
- Previous experience in customer support
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
