Exciting Opportunity: German-Speaking Air Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German-speaking Air Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Brno. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airline customers, handling incoming calls, and resolving travel-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary Contact for Airline Customers: Handle incoming calls in German and English from travelers seeking assistance with reservations, cancellations, online check-ins, and more.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer clear support on airline policies, terms, and travel-related queries.
  • Fast, Friendly Resolutions: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick and high-quality solutions while meeting KPIs.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions in the system to maintain seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to relocate to Brno or already residing in the Czech Republic.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Able to navigate different systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Positive & Resilient Attitude: You're optimistic, service-oriented, and can handle the fast pace and night shifts with a smile.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time Role with an option to transition to Part-time after 6 months (based on performance).
  • Structured Work Schedule: Your shifts (including nights) are planned 2 weeks in advance, alternating between six 8.5-hour shifts one week and 4 consecutive shifts the next week.

  • Unlimited Contract: Enjoy job security with a permanent contract and a short 3-day probation period.
