As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the facilities operation in our Krakow office, managing tasks such as reception health and safety management, visitor management, housekeeping, and more.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception health and safety management, complying with office baseline standards
  • Oversee visitor management, including maintaining attendance records and issuing visitor badges
  • Conduct reception housekeeping management and prepare access control systems
  • Support emergency evacuation efforts and switchboard management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, procure office supplies, and maintain internal mailboxes
  • Coordinate guest car parking and support the wider REO team

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
