Big Data Engineering Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to design, build, and maintain complex data systems that drive business value. This role will play a crucial part in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and future-proof data integration architectures using Apache NiFi, Apache Kafka, and Apache Spark.

  • Design Requirements:
  • Develop robust data models across multiple business domains, including reverse engineering and applying industry-recognized standards and patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary global teams to ensure seamless integration across multiple sources and drive the adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Monitor emerging trends in data tools, analytics techniques, and data usage to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize data processes.
  • Implement preventive measures to resolve issues related to databases, data processes, and data products.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Big Data technologies, microservices, and cloud-based event-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and data governance principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
