We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to collaborate with our Lead Recruiters on offer creation, resolve complex cases in recruiting, and support team members during projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to create effective job offers.">
  • Utilize Case Management tools, Workday, and Taleo to streamline the recruitment process.">
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.">
  • Maintain awareness of labor market trends to inform recruitment strategies.">
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • Fluent English language skills.">
  • German, French, or Dutch language skills are a plus.">
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.">
  • A solid understanding of HR domains or Payroll.">
  • Experience working with Case Management tools, Workday, and Taleo.">
