  • Combine your knowledge of I&SM, Infrastructure Engineer II&SM - Infrastructure Administrator to improve the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure.
  • Ensure the integrity of our systems by identifying, resolving and escalating hardware and cluster issues.
  • Monitor ticketing tools, applications and monitoring tool consoles 24x7 to take prompt action according to defined processes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive network monitoring strategy to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Work closely with the Level 3 team to resolve complex incidents and implement best practices for incident management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design, implement and optimize infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
