We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a M365 Power Platform Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving user issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse within an enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for M365 Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and data connectivity.
  • Assist end-users in understanding and utilizing Power Platform capabilities effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to ensure stability and efficiency.
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge-sharing purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system improvements and bug fixes.
